Each residency program features a family concert at the end of the week where children and parents are invited to experience the full performance together. |

| Ixtlan's library and museum programs cater to students, families, and adults. The goal is to connect the local community to the rich ethnic histories of our artists and their artforms. |

 |
| College and university programs engage students directly with the artist in a sophisticated workshop that focuses on the musical or dance history of each artists' cultural program. Programs can include a review ethnic instrumentation and student participation. |

 |
| Each school program enhances student education by connecting the performance to the classroom. Ixtlan provides curriculum-related
teacher's guides for each artist that illustrates the important lessons of the program, as well as ideas to support educators as
they guide their students. |
